CRACK SEALANT IS THE SINGLE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO PREVENT COSTLY PAVEMENT REPAIRS

Our process includes:

Remove any vegetation growing in cracks.

Scrape cracks to remove loose dirt and foreign debris.

Remove all foreign material from cracks using industrial air compressor.

Fill cracks 1/4” or wider with ODOT #3405 crack sealant.

Cracks are to be filled completely (some may require second applications should settling occur).

Area to be blocked off to traffic during crackfilling operations and will be opened to traffic as soon as crackfiller has set. Our firm will provide all necessary traffic maintenance regarding traffic flow.

SPECIAL NOTATION:

ODOT #3405 is a hot pour highly flexible elastomeric joint sealant which is required for your parking areas expansion/ contraction characteristics.

ODOT#3405 product provides an easy, cost effective way to properly seal cracks.
